There will be one (1) grand prize awarded (“Grand Prize”) to the Grand Prize Winner and five (5) first prizes awarded (collectively, “First Prizes”, each a “First Prize”) to the First Prize Winners; one (1) First Prize will be awarded to each First Prize Winner. Grand Prize consists of the following: one (1) Dog Man branded Influencer box consisting of one (1) Dog Man figurine collection (one (1) Dog Man, one (1) Lil Petey, one (1) Petey, one (1) Chief, and one (1) Flippy), one (1) Dog Man plush assortment (one (1) Dog Man, one (1) Lil Petey, and one (1) Petey), one (1) Dog Man Flip-O-Rama game, one (1) Dog Man Grime and Punishment puzzle, one (1) Dog Man branded Cuble, one (1) set of Dog Man squishy pens, one (1) set of Dog Man character pens, one (1) set of Dog Man flash cards, one (1) set of high bounce balls, one (1) Dog Man backpack, one (1) Dog Man sticker book, one (1) assortment of Crayola crayons and three (3) Dog Man printed coloring pages, one (1) Dog Man youth hat, one (1) fifty (50) pack of Dog Man napkins, one (1) dog bone cup, one (1) custom plush blanket, one (1) set of custom candy bars, and one (1) bag of custom popcorn.

Each First Prize will consist of the following: one (1) Dog Man cap, one (1) Dog Man sticker sheet, and one (1) Dog Man branded LED drawing pad. Grand Prize and First Prizes may collectively be referred to herein as “Prize” or “Prizes”.

Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV as follows: ERV of Grand Prize is two hundred dollars ($200); and ERV of each First Prize is fifty dollars ($50). Total ERV of all Prizes is two hundred fifty dollars ($250). Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize may vary.
